SPARKLE 2025: Empowering Administrative and Newly Hired COS Personnel through Systematic Learning and Governance Alignment

In its continuous pursuit of fostering a more efficient, well-informed, and responsive workforce, the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Region III successfully held the Systems, Performance, Accomplishment Review cum Knowledge Levelling and Enhancement (SPARKLE) 2025 for Administrative and Newly Hired Contract of Service (COS) Personnel. The two-day activity served as an orientation, capacity-building, and policy-alignment session aimed at deepening participants’ knowledge of government systems, core policies, and quality management practices.
