DILG R-3 conducted the Pre-Retirement Information for Managers and Employees (PRIME) Program today, November 7, 2025 to orient and assist personnel who are preparing for retirement. The session was held at the DILG Regional Office III in Maimpis, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.

The Central Luzon Local Governance Regional Resource Center (CL-LGRRC) successfully convened its partners for the 2nd Semester Multi-Stakeholder Advisory Committee (MSAC) Meeting on November 7, 2025, at the Bendix Hotel, City of San Fernando, Pampanga. With the theme “Forging Synergies for Collaborative Governance: Partnership, Innovation, and Recognition,” key partners from national government agencies (NGAs) and academic institutions actively participated, strengthening the collaborative spirit and shared commitment that define the MSAC network.

The National ICT Year-End Assessment for 2025 and 2026 Workplan Workshop, with the theme “Beyond Systems, Strengthening Service, Shaping Identity”, hosted by DILG Region 3, gathered together officials and personnel from the Information Systems and Technology Management Service (ISTMS) and Regional Information and Communication Technology Unit (RICTU) on October 28-30, 2025, at Quest Hotel, Clark Freeport Zone, Angeles City.
