In furtherance to the effort of DILG Region 3 to intensify the system advocacy and achieve an increased number of barangays in the region adopting the Barangay Information Management System (BIMS), a regional virtual orientation on the system, attended by the barangay officials and DILG field officers in the region, was held via Zoom and DILG Central Luzon FB Page live on October 1, 2025. In her message, Regional Director Araceli San Jose encouraged the participants to work hand in hand in advancing digital transformation towards more transparent, more efficient and smarter barangays.

On September 11, 2025 – The Department of the Interior and Local Government–Nueva Ecija (DILG-NE), headed by Provincial Director Atty. Ofelio A. Tactac, Jr., CESO V, strengthened its commitment to collaborative governance through an expanded partnership with the Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology (NEUST), a member of Uhay's Multi-Sectoral Advisory Committee (MSAC) led by University President Dr. Rhodora R. Jugo. The partnership was formalized during the Mass Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) Signing Ceremony held at the Mini Convention Hall, NEUST Sumacab Campus, Cabanatuan City.
