In a bid to strengthen youth governance centered on transparency and accountability, the DILG Pampanga, in collaboration with the Provincial Government of Pampanga through the Provincial Youth Development Office, the Pampanga SK Federation, and the National Youth Commission Pampanga, successfully conducted a Provincial Orientation on the 2025 SK Assessment entitled "YOUTH CHECK: Youth Advocates for Outstanding Governance Towards a Holistic Nation – Championing Excellence, Commitment, and Knowledge" on June 25, 2025, via Zoom Meeting.

The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Central Luzon, in partnership with the Office of the Project Development Services (OPDS), successfully conducted the Training of Trainers (ToT) on Infrastructure Audit on June 16–21, 2025, at Widus Hotel, Clark Freeport Zone. The five-day learning event equipped participants with technical knowledge and tools necessary to assess the structural integrity of public and private buildings—aiming to enhance disaster preparedness and infrastructure resilience at the local level.

The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Region 3, through the Support for the Local Governance Program – Project Management Office (SLGP-PMO), successfully conducted a training program titled "Partners in Progress: Empowering Civil Society Organization Desk Officers at the Local Governance Frontier" on June 25–26, 2025, at the Subic Bay Travelers Hotel. The activity gathered CSO Desk Officers from across the region.
