To assess performance for the first half of 2025 and strengthen efforts in achieving organizational targets for the remainder of the year, the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Nueva Ecija conducted its Mid-Year Review and Strategic Planning cum Team Building activity on July 7–8, 2025, at White Plains Beach Resort, Dinadiawan, Dipaculao, Aurora.

The two-day activity served as a platform to evaluate the accomplishments of the first semester, address challenges encountered, and propose appropriate interventions. It also focused on the presentation and strategic discussion of targets for the second semester to ensure their timely and efficient accomplishment.

Beyond planning and performance evaluation, the activity emphasized the importance of fostering camaraderie and teamwork among personnel. Participants, divided into two teams, engaged in dynamic team-building games such as volleyball and an exciting friendly competition titled “Laban Pinoy: Amazing Race ng Bayan,” which tested their agility, stamina, knowledge, and ability to work under pressure.

While delivering on targets remains a top priority, DILG Nueva Ecija recognizes that a cohesive and motivated team is essential to sustaining excellent performance. By blending strategic planning with team-building activities, the office aims to reinforce collaboration and drive greater success in the months ahead.
