To ensure the preparedness of the local Peace and Order Council (POC) and Anti-Drug Abuse Council (ADAC) for the new and upcoming POC and ADAC Performance Audit, the DILG Pampanga conducted a 2-day Orientation on the POC-ADAC Performance Audit and Strengthening of ADAC Members and Secretariat on August 30-31, 2018.

In order to assess how the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Zambales is faring in terms of implementation of its programs, projects and activities (PPAs), the DILG Zambales spearheaded by Provincial Director Armi V. Bactad, CESO V, conducted a two (2) day Mid-Year Program Review and Evaluation and Team Building Activity last August 23-24, 2018 held at Vista Marina Hotel, Subic Bay Freeport Zone.
A strengthened and more efficient governance at the grassroots level is what the President expects from the new set of barangay officials as told by DILG Undersecretary for Barangay Affairs Martin Diño to the 4,000 barangay officials of Pampanga during the first Barangay Summit in the province on August 9, 2018 at the Bren Z. Guiao Convention Center, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.
The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Bataan Provincial Office, in line with the Department's goal to prevent and curb the proliferation of illegal drugs, as well as prepare the barangays to be partners of the national government in this endeavor, brings forth the Strengthening of Barangay Anti-Drug Abuse Council (BADAC) held on August 29 and 30, 2018 at the Bulwagan ng Bayan, Dinalupihan, Bataan.
