The members of the LGU Local Project Monitoring Committee (LPMC) were oriented on the LPMC Functionality Assessment via zoom on March 13, 2023. This activity aimed to discuss the key components of the recommendations for evaluating the LPMC's functionality.

DILG Region 3 monitored the conduct of the barangay assembly of Brgy. Pinagbarilan, City of Baliwag, Bulacan on March 18, 2023, as it was chosen to be the region's showcase barangay during the conduct of CY 2023 Synchronized Barangay Assembly Day (SBAD).

DILG Region 3 capacitated its designated regional and field offices Information Officers, IT Officers/ Graphic Artists and LIKHA members on Information Education Campaign (IEC) Materials publication including tips and techniques in press release writing through the conduct of APPPS (Adobe Publication and Press Release Preparation towards Strengthened Program Advocacy) training on March 9, 2023 at DILG-3 Regional Office.

DILG Pampanga, in partnership with the NAPOLCOM, Pampanga Mayor's League, and PCL Pampanga Chapter through the Suporta, Aksyon at Ugnayan para sa Pamahalaang Lokal (SAUP) series of Ing Kulitan, spearheaded an enhancement training for LGU's People's Law Enforcement Board (PLEB) on March 16-17, 2023 at the Vista Marina, Subic Bay Freeport Zone.

In support to the national advocacy on anti-illegal drugs, the Province of Pampanga participated in an anti-illegal drug campaign fun run dubbed as "Buhay Ingatan, Droga'y Ayawan (BIDA) Run" on March 5, 2023 held at CDC Parade Grounds, Clark Freeport Zone.
