In a powerful display of regional unity and good governance, the Department of the Interior and Local Government Region III honored the exemplary performance of local government units, development partners, and field officers during the 2025 Central Luzon SubayBAYANI Awards cum Infrastructure Governance Expo, held at the Royce Hotel, Clark Freeport Zone on December 10, 2025.
The event was graced by the distinguished guest from DILG Central Office, Alfonso A. Maralli, Jr., CESO IV, Director of the Office of Project Development Services. Also present to confer the awards were DILG Central Luzon Regional Director, Araceli A. San Jose, CESO III and Assistant Regional Director, Jay E. Timbreza, CESO.
Anchored on the theme “Celebrating Excellence and Showcasing Impactful Infrastructure Governance,” the event recognized the achievements of LGUs implementing LGSF and SGLGIF projects, celebrated Most Significant Change (MSC) stories, and reaffirmed DILG’s commitment to transparent, people-centered infrastructure development.
The day-long momentous occasion brought together local chief executives, C/MLGOOs, regional offices, national agency partners, civil society organizations, and the vibrant performers of the Science City of Muñoz Performing Arts.
A significant highlight of the event was the recognition of partner agencies whose collaboration has strengthened LGU capacities and improved project delivery across Central Luzon.

The region conferred Plaques and Certificates of Appreciation to the following partners in the Local Infrastructure Learning Hubs for the conduct of Infrastructure Audit in Central Luzon:
