DILG Region 3 successfully held its annual Year-end Performance Review and Gawad Timpukan 2025: Celebrating Service and Excellence on December 9, 2025 at Quest Hotel, Mimosa Leisure Estate, Clark, Pampanga. The event gathered regional officials, awardees, retirees, and personnel from across the region — both onsite and via Zoom — to celebrate a year marked by performance, dedication, and unity.

The event opened with the acknowledgment of participants from provincial, city, and municipal offices, setting a collaborative tone for the day. This was followed by the welcome remarks of Regional Director Araceli A. A meaningful Values Formation and Enhancement session followed, led by Dir. Nathaniel A. Saquiban from the Council for the Restoration of Filipino Values, grounding the day in the Department's core values of integrity, professionalism, and malasakit.

Throughout the day, participants engaged in key discussions, including Legal Updates delivered by RLO Atty. Chairmaine Jacqueline Paulino-Evangelista, GAD Performance Review by SAO Miriam P. Gaviola, Employee Union Updates, and the presentation of Regional Accomplishments. These sessions highlighted the region's continued commitment to strengthening governance systems, enhancing service delivery, and fostering gender-responsive and inclusive programs across Central Luzon.

One of the major highlights of the event was the honoring of outstanding personnel and offices, recognizing their dedication and significant contributions to DILG Region 3's success in 2025. Retirees were given a heartfelt tribute, recognizing decades of devotion to public service. Special awards were also presented to CES Eligibles, CESO Rank Promotees, national nominees, and various individuals and teams who excelled in planning, EODB initiatives, QMS, RSP system development, GAD mainstreaming, and digital innovation.
The awarding ceremonies culminated in the presentation of this year's Major Regional Awards, including the following honorees:
