The DILG Pampanga, in partnership with PSA Pampanga, successfully conducted the activity entitled, “Module 3: Utilizing Community-Based Monitoring System (CBMS) Data in the Comprehensive Development Plan” on November 17–18, 2025 at Green Manor Hotel, City of San Fernando, Pampanga. The two-day activity gathered the planning teams of all 21 LGUs in the province, providing them with a deeper understanding of how CBMS-generated data can be maximized for evidence-based planning and decision-making. The activity highlights the crucial role of CBMS as a localized, updated, and digitalized source of socio-economic information that enables LGUs to accurately identify development gaps, assess service delivery performance, and prioritize interventions based on actual community conditions.

 

On November 13, 2025, fourteen (14) Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Councils and eight (???? Local Youth Development Offices in Pampanga were recognized during the conduct of Provincial Youth Congress 2025 at Dr. Ernesto T. Nicdao Sports Center, Pampanga State University, Bacolor, Pampanga.

 

The DILG Pampanga Provincial Office took another meaningful step toward strengthening gender-responsive governance as it successfully underwent the Gender and Development (GAD) Seal On-Site Validation on October 23, 2025.
The activity forms part of the Department's continuing efforts to recognize and promote offices that champion gender equality, inclusivity, and women empowerment in the delivery of public service.
