In their final quarterly meeting for the year, members of the Provincial Peace and Order Council (PPOC), Provincial Anti-Drug Abuse Council (PADAC), and the Provincial Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (PTF-ELCAC) gathered early today at the Kingsborough International Convention Center.

Representatives from the Pampanga Provincial Police Office (PPPO), Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) Pampanga, Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) Pampanga, and the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) delivered their quarterly reports. The presentations highlighted the province’s latest crime statistics, updates on the illegal drug situation, progress in barangay drug-clearing operations, fire safety developments, and assessments of internal peace and security.

The meeting also featured the announcement of the 2025 PEACE Markers (Provincial Excellence Awards for LGU Champions on Effective Implementation of Peace and Order and Public Safety Programs). Five outstanding LGUs were recognized for their exemplary performance in promoting peace, order, and public safety. This year’s awardees are:
