The DILG Pampanga successfully conducted the first episode of SIKAN 2026 on January 22–23, 2026, at Villa Grande Bacolor, Santa Barbara, Bacolor, Pampanga with the theme “SPECTRUM: Beyond Outputs towards Meaningful Impact".
Participated in by all DILG Pampanga personnel, the activity served as a platform for meaningful engagement, reflection, and convergence. Its highlight was the insightful discussions and interactive workshops facilitated by City Director Zotico Gerson Villanueva Jr. of DILG Olongapo, who encouraged participants to look beyond outputs and focus on purpose-driven public service that creates lasting and meaningful impact.
The activity enabled participants to reflect on themselves both as individuals and as members of the department by recognizing past achievements, identifying areas for improvement, and reaffirming commitment to the values and mandate of the DILG. Overall, it provided a safe space for self-reflection and renewal, inspiring personnel to become better, more responsive, and more accountable public servants in delivering quality services to the people of Pampanga.
