The Provincial Peace and Order Council (PPOC) and Provincial Anti-Drug Abuse Council (PADAC) and Provincial Task Force on Ending Local Communist Armed Conflict (PTF-ELCAC) of Bataan convened for the 2nd Quarter of 2023 on May 8, 2023 at the 4th floor Conference Room, The Bunker, to discuss and address issues related to peace and order, insurgency, public safety and drug abuse prevention and control in the province.

In a groundbreaking achievement, Bagac has emerged to be the earliest local government unit (LGU) in the region to successfully complete its P5 Million worth Seal of the Good Local Governance – Incentive Fund (SGLGIF) project entitled "Local Access Road at Barangay Banawang" on April 16, 2023.
